Refund policy
At Tampugreen®, we stand behind the quality of our products. Due to the nature of dietary supplements, returns are not accepted. However, refunds may be issued under the limited circumstances outlined below.
Eligible Refunds
A refund may be issued if:
• Your order is confirmed as lost in transit, or
• Your product arrives completely damaged and unusable
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery and include:
• Order number
• Description of the issue
• Clear photos of the damaged product and packaging (if applicable)
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued for:
• Minor cosmetic damage that does not affect product integrity
• Personal dissatisfaction or change of mind
• Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer
• Products that have been opened or partially used
Returns
For safety, hygiene, and regulatory reasons, returns are not accepted.
